My only Adelgazar 50 kilos is her recommendation of maple syrup, and big amounts of olive oil where I do not think its necessary to use that much in the recipes. Personally I would have liked for her to recommend stevia as a healthy substitute, but then again this book was written many years ago. I highly recommend that you add this book to your library. The best thing about this book is the recipe for Green lemonade.
It actually tastes really good! However, I wasn't thrilled about any of the other recipes in the book. I guess I was expecting this to be a hardcore recipe book, meaning no cooked food, no processed foods, etc. I get the author's concept of including some of those things to help one transition into a raw diet lifestyle, so I guess it's great in that sense.
However, this just isn't Raw vegan pregnancy weight gain I was looking for. Please note, if you already eat raw or predominately raw, this is NOT the book for you.
Some folks have been very critical of this book in regards to it not being a truly raw book.
